It is always pleasant to have my eyes examined here. The staff is always polite and cordial and the doctor is genuinely compassionate.
Dr.Martin was thorough and very nice. He's an exceptional Doctor. Loretta helped us get signed in and and even filled out most of our check in for us. She had excellent patient service. Crista was absolutely amazing in patient care and the eye testing. Adam was amazing and thorough as the optician. Great patient experience. Jesus set my next appointment up and made you feel like family. I would highly recommend any patient to this office, where I know they will walk away with the same experience I had. Five stars.
No mention of left eye irritation.
I only have one complaint. They offered me drops to undialate my eyes. They said with the drops, my eyes would return to normal within about 90 minutes. They didn’t return to normal for about 4 hours. They charged me $20 for the drops. Otherwise my visit was excellent.
