When I called Barnet Dulaney Perkins to make an appointment, I requested Dr. Diaz, I was told that was not allowed because I had to book an appointment first with a Medical Optometrist before I could see an ophthalmologist. That was the first red flag, I should have hung up. I stupidly made the appointment and went to the appointment at which time after checking in I had to fill out a multitude of forms. The doctor wrote the wrong axis on my prescription. Took that bad script to visionworks, they made the glasses. When I put them on I was seeing double. No optometrist was available so I had to go back to visionworks again. They said the prescription was absolutely wrong.Called the office and was told to bring them in anytime. I went and was told the person wasn't there and to come back. I did and my glasses were checked and then a re examination appointment was made.
