Don’t believe a word they say. I was told I could get an eyeglass exam for $65 and walk out the door with a prescription. That’s not true. The $65 fee is actually for something called a refraction and then they charge an additional $200-$400 for the exam. I don’t appreciate being lied to over the phone when I set up this appointment. This is a scam.
Cataract surgery on right eye: perfect. Left eye? Not so much. Weepy, blurry, eyelid now droops. I’m not sure they heard my concerns (twice). Dr’s response? There’s no guarantee…
The doctor was fine, though the assistant who tested me couldn't answer any questions and one of the main receptionists too impatiently explained my pre-op info.
