Please beware of the scam they are running. They have either such a bad fax system or they pretend that they have not received consultation from my optometrist and we need to see their optometrist before we can see their ophthalmologist. Consult was faxed in front of me 4 times and every time they come back with new fax number. I definitely believe it is a scam to make more money. And mind your insurance will not pay for second optometrist exam within a week or even within a year and you have to foot the bill.

Gave it a one star only because I was forced to select a star. I went to Barnet, Dulaney, Perkins eye center when I first arrived in Goodyear Arizona, (2021). I was diagnosed with Macular Degeneration in 2018 which has to be checked every year for its progress. When I checked in for my yearly appointment the girl asked for my vision insurance card. Terrible service. I waited 1 1/2 hours due a 2 minute pressure test. I was referred to a compounding pharmacy for my rx. It took over a week to get my refill bc Barnet Dulaney office people called in the wrong rx 3 times! The rx doesn't work so now I have to get yet another rx and return in a month, pay another $75 copay drive an hour each way and wait lord knows how long for another 2 minute check. Currently looking for another provider. My last appointment was even worse!
