Dr. Ptak and the staff are knowledgeable and have given my cats excellent care over the years. They are compassionate and caring, especially when it was time for one of my kitties to go. I now live in Moorhead but come out to the Barnesville clinic for vet care. So glad they are here!
The entire staff is caring, friendly and so upbeat. i cn'at imagine taking our dogs anywhere else.

Dr. Ptak & her entire staff are the most devoted, caring & diligent team that I have ever dealt with. If there is anything that Dr Ptak has questions about she spends time researching to find the correct answer. She & her staff have never failed to answer my questions - in person, by phone or by email. Dr. Ptak is the 'little doctor with the big heart, common sense & extreme intelligence' in my book. The whole team is patient & selfless. There is no better veterinary service anywhere.
I've always been pleased with the gentle, but honest care my girls have received. The staff are 'family'.
I have been driving from Moorhead for the last 6 years to bring my ragdoll cat to Barnesville. They have always been kind, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. When urgent problems arise, they are able to get you seen timely and have helpful suggestions over the phone until you can be seen.
The entire staff at Barnesville Animal Clinic are very caring and compassionate people. They truly loved the animals that they take care of. My Siberian Husky has had some health issues over the last few years and they have taken wonderful care of him. His arthritis had gotten pretty bad and it was to the point where he was suffering so I knew what needed to be done. They were very caring and kind during the procedure of putting him to sleep.
