My experience with Dr. Jen at the Barnes Care Westport location was one of the most unprofessional and concerning medical encounters I have ever had. From the moment the appointment began, her demeanor was dismissive, cold, and at times openly hostile. I was injured in a work related accident on May 29 2024. After being seen in the emergency Room at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center I was given a prescription for muscle relaxers as well as a note putting me off work for 2 days. I spoke with my employer who stated that I should come into work the following day 5/30/24 and follow up with their doctor at Barnescare. I did. The nurse practitioner Jin K Lee did not listen to me, the patient, as I described the pain I was experiencing. She did a very brief examination through my c... read more

The staff there was very professional they knew their business I was in and out with a drug test and physical no problem
I just have to say that this location has horrible service. They do not care to properly exam their patients. Honestly I felt as though they were a little prejudice. At the end of my visit they sent me out the side/back door. I tried asking if I could go back through the lobby and I was told to just walk around the side and I’d eventually reach the front of the building. Smh everything about this visit was just unprofessional, unproductive and very unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this facility.
