I was injured in a work related accident on May 29 2024. After being seen in the emergency Room at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center I was given a prescription for muscle relaxers as well as a note putting me off work for 2 days. The staff there was very professional they knew their business I was in and out with a drug test and physical no problem
I just have to say that this location has horrible service. They do not care to properly exam their patients. Honestly I felt as though they were a little prejudice. At the end of my visit they sent me out the side/back door. I tried asking if I could go back through the lobby and I was told to just walk around the side and I’d eventually reach the front of the building. Smh everything about this visit was just unprofessional, unproductive and very unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this facility.
It was only 3 patients in the lobby it took an hour for them to call just one and no one was in the back ! They spend tooo much time talking about irrelevant things instead of getting patients in and out ! I was there 45 mins a person walked in no appointment and he went first WORST PLACE TO DO DRUG TEST OR ANY WORK VERIFICATION
