I watched this truck carrying a flameble load drive on the wrong side of the road, when I confronted him he said call the police or my employer. Considering the payload and the danger of completely ignoring a simple rule, I strongly believe that this kind of careless ess possess a great risk factor to our community. What if even 5 percent of the population just drove on the wrong side of the road ? The results would be castoustrofic.
