I think that Barnes Transportation is an excellent business! The truckers are treated fairly and they are family oriented. That's what I like about it. They really care about their employees.

The running could be better if they just communicated in the office n pay roll needs help in making sure that you are paid for what you do
Their safety department is going to be there downfall. They are losing too many good drivers to other companies because of that.
