Last August, a Barnes truck (pulling a flatbed) got on the highway in VA at 65 MPH with large rocks on the bed. One flew off and hit my windshield. I was headed to upstate NY, and by the time I got there it was cracked all the way across. I’ve asked Deborah Clack for their insurance information several times so I can file a claim. She’s not responding. I even sent her a video of the truck. Brokers beware they will try and steal your customers. Make sure you get payment upfront from your customers so these guys don't try and upcharge them without your authority. They totally tried ripping my customer off and then tried to make us look bad for doing so when I already had another carrier willing to do it at the lower rate. HORRIBLE this Paxton Barnes..... Horrible businessman.... DO NOT USE!!!! EVER!!!
