I wish I could leave no stars. I would never return to this doctor. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Barnes the last week of August 2019 and was told his schedule was full until October 4, 2019 due to him just getting back from having back surgery so I scheduled it as I need my prescriptions one for migraines. The day before at 2:59pm the office called me and said they had to reschedule the appointment due to him not going to be in the office because of back problems. If I could give zero stars I would. I made a new patient appointment back in February of this year, they had no openings until March 20th. I took it, understanding that new patients take a little more time to schedule. The day before that appointment, they called me and told me he had "flu-like" symptoms and they needed to reschedule me to April 22nd. Today, I called to remind myself of what time my afternoon appointment was and after getting their answering service (who, I assume, can't do ANYT
I've been seing Dr. Barnes since I was a child and have known him my entire life. My adult child sees him now and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my health.
