Their technicians would constantly skip at least 5 of my 18 bait stations, yet they would mark all 18 checked on their paperwork. Sometimes I would check the stations and the monitoring capsule would be totally empty. They also offer no damage warranty either. Certainly not worth $53 per quarter. I gave them multiple chances, but finally had to fire them.
The Sales person was very knowledgeable and they were able to get the work done timely.
The owner says the chemicals they use are harmless. Hmmmm then why can't either one of his sons have children.
