I went in today to exchange a pair of jeans I got Sunday...one young lady helped me look through all the jeans to find my size but we couldn't find my size so I was just going to return the pair I had purchased Sunday. Cashier asked what happened to the exchange so I tell her. She and the other cashier decide they are going to check the shipment they received to see if my size was there. Both ladies returned with a pair of jeans!! I'm happy now!!
First purchase two years ago was amazing. Friendly staff and service. Will be there tomorrow for another pair of Ariats. Best boot selection ever. Worth the hour drive for me!!!!
I was going to get boots for the family here. After the reviews and customer service complaints, I will be going else where.
It's a shame that they do not carry larger sizes like a 2x or 3X in women's clothes.
Entered an immaculate well arranged store and was greeted warmly and offered help. I needed a specific safety shoe and was taken to the selection by my salesperson Johnny. I told him I was on a budget and was offered other options immediately. Found a great work shoe at a very reasonable price. Will definitely return for future needs.
