I don't HATE it, but I ordered take out. She read the order back correctly over the phone. I get there and one order was completely wrong. They won't change it. I ordered four drinks, she wanted to argue that I only had three. I'm sitting here with my receipt, clearly states a total of Four "JUMBOS TO GO". I asked for a drink carrier, she looked me dead in the eye and said "Have a nice day". They have the best chicken fingers, Brunswick stew and baked beans that I've ever had!
Used the banquet room for my mother in law 60th birthday party last night and the guy Reggie who said he was the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I to am in management and could not see who trained this guy. I know both of the owners because I provide a service for them. Maybe they should know how he treat customers!!
I loved the food and service. We were seated right away, even with a full parking lot. Food came out fast and was delicious. I ordered from The Special memu, Shrimp (14 count) and Grits with cheese, sausage, peppers and onions. I left with a to go box with enough for another meal. All for under $15. I would certainly go again.
We ordered to go.. the wait was not bad and service was great... and the food was excellent..
Barnes of course is a local favorite however I wasn't impressed with how long it took our food to come out since we were there @11am. Also dont like the fact that you can't get a kids burger/cheeseburger Got the Barnes Dbl burger to split with my 6 yr old and then got the lunch tenders and of course 3 drinks and it was like $25 plus tip so right at $30 for 2 meals. Little expensive for a lunch date.
