Horrible. After not answering my calls and not responding to an email (no response even after 1 whole week) I was finally able to have a call answered. I inquired about a mount that BPM has previously manufactured. I was told that it is a simple part to manufacture by my machinist, but based on expertise it could take a day. Yet I was also told that it would take 10 hours of set up and machining for BPM to produce the mount… a mount that was already manufactured by BPM via CNC! This company will go above and beyond with customer service. I had an issue and they kept in contact with me to get it right. The gas tube I received is awesome with good positive clicks while adjusting. Their products and customer service is why I will be a forever customer on future builds. Highly recommend!!
Excellent quality, solid builds. Very accurate out of the box. The fit and finish are on par with manufacturers charging twice the price. I am very pleased with my BPM purchases.
