New owners are wonderful. On vacation and had an issues with 2011 VW Tiguan. Talked over problem on the phone, they ordered parts based on our conversation. We enjoyed our day at the beach, stopped on the way back and they repaired the issue in 30 minutes. If I lived it this would be my repair shop.
