I have been going to Barnes since my early 20s and I’m in my 50s now and I don’t trust them anymore. I had a doctor prescribe me medicine for depression when he told me he was prescribing it for migraines. When I tried to talk to the Clinic, they ignored my calls and refused to have him call me back. I filed a grievance with my insurance company, but why should you have to go through that extent. The only reason I found out what the medicine was for is the pharmacist and she said it could not be used for migraines.
This place bills you for services you don’t receive. You may have 1service done but will charge you for something else. They then strong arm you into payment. THIS IS KNOWN AS MEDICAL FRAUD!!! BEWARE!
