Absolutely ridiculous wait time. 0 communication. Left my mother in a waiting room for extended amounts of hours after being sent directly from the providers office to be admitted. Never even told us there were NO beds available. They just left her there in agony . The triage rooms were also absolutely filthy looking. Major hippa violations when they call out the actual full names and what they are going to have done .
Staff has been rude and very unhelpful
The nurse and resident physician were kind and concerned about my mom’s new onset, debilitating hip pain. Although they could not identify an anatomical cause for the pain, they were able to rule out emergent causes and gave referrals for us to explore.
