Had our new toilet installed by Barnes. They were on time and friendly. Very kind to our cats even tho their curiosity interrupted his work. Work was done very quickly and in a professional manner. They installed a dishwasher from lows for us. Never called to let me know they were on there way like they said they were going too. Took the dishwasher with out checking it so i lost dishes. They charged me to put a shut off on the water line but left the drain line proped up so ot looked like it was on. They never return your calls when you have an issue eirher
