How on earth is this lady still in business?! She fired one very loved day program director over a year ago for calling her out on major billing fraud. Took her phone right out of her hand & wouldn't let her even get contacts or pick up her personal stuff in the building! DDD was notified by several parents & staff. What was done?! Rochelle was always too busy traveling to get her hands dirty when short staffed.
I have been with Barnes Family Services for over 13 years. Both, as an employee, and as a parent requiring habilitation and respite services. They have served me well through the years. The clients are treated with the utmost respect and consideration. Time is taken to meet the individual needs of each person. Whether it be an employee or the client with special needs.
My family has been using the respite in Barnes family for several years. The respite provider is reliable and respectful. She always gives us heads up when her schedule changes and is willing to accommodate the needs of my children. She is a pleasure to work with.
