Signed up for yard service. Aeration and overseeding was not fully performed. Missed doing one whole side of the house. Will be canceling any further services.

Dylan and the entire team at Barnes were wonderful to work with. They squeezed us in after our technician with another company came down with the flu. Dylan called from the inspection site to let us know his findings - would definitely work with them again!

Adam serviced our home upon immediate call. We saw his truck across the street servicing our neighbors home, that we referred to Barnes Ext. - we called the office to see if he would be available to do our termite inspection- The call was made to him while we waited on the call- He promptly came to do the service. He was very thorough walking with my husband as he did the inspection- we were completely satisfied with the prompt service and accuracy of Adam’s attention to our property-
