I was told to come in and fill out a new patient application when I called the phone number. The lady on the first floor told me to go to the second floor and I couldn’t find anybody up there the first time. I tried calling the phone number and call failed. I tried asking for help when I came in the second time and found someone upstairs but she had no idea who Elaine Barnes was. I didn’t see her name on anything or any indication where her office might be. I’m just very confused and this is why I call to make an appointment... read more
I would recommend Elaine to anyone .She is good at what she does and also a very kind person who is sympathetic to your feelings and to me she's the person I would always go to if I have a need for this service.
