I’m really disappointed. I love my Tiguan, but will trade it in & not refer anyone due to the problems without solution. I have extended warranty on my Volkswagen. When car was purchased a piece in the trunk was hanging so I pushed it up, thinking it’s a new car. No problem. However, there was an issue, it was leaking. I told them at next oil change but I was basically called a liar. Very good 1st service experience. Very friendly from making the appointment online to when I showed up at the door. I was greeted with a friendly service writer. He was ready for anything I needed. Service was great and they even delivered Atlas back to me. AAAA++++. Pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend
