This was my first oil change with Volkswagen since purchasing my Jetta, and I have to say—the service at this location is truly unmatched. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they even brought it back to me later that evening right when I needed it. The whole process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Mikayla and Shea were absolutely amazing, and Marco went above and beyond to make sure I was fully taken care of. I can’t thank you all enough for the outstanding service!

I’m really disappointed. I love my Tiguan, but will trade it in & not refer anyone due to the problems without solution. I have extended warranty on my Volkswagen. When car was purchased a piece in the trunk was hanging so I pushed it up, thinking it’s a new car. No problem. However, there was an issue, it was leaking. I told them at next oil change but I was basically called a liar.
