Absolutely do not recommend. They will convince your college kid to have hundreds of dollars of unnecessary maintenance done when going in for a recall. We will not return and will drive it to Jackson or Memphis.
This was my first oil change with Volkswagen since purchasing my Jetta, and I have to say—the service at this location is truly unmatched. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they even brought it back to me later that evening right when I needed it. The whole process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Mikayla and Shea were absolutely amazing, and Marco went above and beyond to make sure I was fully taken care of. I can’t thank you all enough for the outstanding service!
