FM Title must be terribly short of workers in Valley City to keep Marita Coghlan on the payroll. Of the 7 previous closings I have experienced in my life, this was by far the worst closing experience I have ever had. I should have suspected there was going to be a problem when Marita asked for an extension before she even started working on the title search.
