5 stars for customer service alone! I had (2) other contractors provide quotes for a new roof. I advised them that there is a leak and a soft spot. The first (2) contractors did not go on my roof and only went off Google photos. Both gave more expensive quotes to just cover the existing roof. Then there is Bob from Barnes Construction. Woke up to a ceiling leak this morning (Easter Weekend). James “owned” the problem and got it solved. So friendly!
Barnes Construction was absolutely to most professional and efficient company I have dealt with in Gladwin County. Owner Bob was quick to respond to our need for a new roof. The estimate was very reasonable. The Office Manager James answered all of our questions and was available anytime to do so. The new roof and gutters were scheduled and work was completed quickly. The experience of the team was evident., and execution of this project was flawless. Thank you very much!
I had a buildup of ice from my gutters on my sliding door in the back of the house. I didn't have anyone to call. I found Barnes Construction on the Internet. I called them. James sent Bob to my house. Bob threw pellets onto the gutters to melt the ice. I asked him more about the problem. He gave some answers as to what to do. He also told me they don't really do this kind of work. Didn't charge me a thing. Also gave me a number to someone who could further help. How kind to just come out to help me. Cheryl D.
I am so pleased with their work. My cabin roof in gladwin went bad quickly. I had to get it redone before winter. Barnes came out and gave me a free fair estimate. The did the roof in rain snow and very cold weather. Got it done in 7 hours. I came up to pay them and found out that I had a bad lock on my propane shed. All my tools were inside the shed.
