I want to encourage any and everyone whose looking for a Provider make an appointment with Dr. Cedric Barnes. His practice is the best in the area. From his quality staff to his bedside manner. You never leave the office without your questions and/or concerns not being addressed. I appreciate his quick response when me or my family have concerns. I also like the fact that he uses both medications and holistic treatments.
Very thorough experience! Dr. Barnes made me feel valued and I never felt rushed. A true MDVIP experience!

I have been with Dr. Barnes since he started practice. Since I take a Proactive Approach with my care, we are able to discuss issues and he will seek several options for me as opposed to just medicating. But this is a result of my asking questions. He mirrors and shares my concern of my care and moves quickly to address my concerns.
Great doctor, but the office staff he employees in his Milford, Delaware office leave a lot to be desired. My mother has been waiting for her prescription for one month. Office personnel have not been dutiful. They do not communicate, and they LIE. What a shame!
