We hired Barnes to transport our SUV to the norther part of the state for my daughter at college. I thought the process was gonna be all red tape and no communication and I found the opposite to be true. The vehicle was delivered safe and sound and on time and I'm glad I trusted them because they did a good job.

Handled the issue – Well I dealt with Charlie at Barnes Automotive here in Arlington Heights to handle some issues I was having with my Honda. He was very professional and didn't try and sell me service I didn't need as I did already know what the issue was. Ordered the parts and my car was done before the close of business.

Wouldn't go anywhere else – Barnes Automotive has taken care of my Bronco for 14 years. I wouldn't take any of my vehicles anyplace else. This is what a garage is supposed to be - someplace staffed by people who know their work inside and out, who listen when you talk, answer questions when you ask, charge fair prices for work done, stand behind that work, and generally make taking your car to the doctor as good an experience as it can be.

Quick at what they do!! – I been going to Barnes Auto & Truck Service for a while now and it's just so easy. They are quick at there jobs and they get the job done. I just love it. My family and friends all go there. You should go there if you want the best job done.

Fast Service!! – The service is so fast and clean that I just love it. It's non-expensive and they do not try to add things to your bills like other companies do. They just do what is needed and the next thing you know you're home. Thanks Barnes Auto & Truck Service.

This place has its perfections and perks which I LOVED!! – The service is perfection. Barnes Automotive & Truck Service explain the process before and after for you and make sure there are no extra charges added to your bill. They tell you everything up front and it's up to you to go forward or not. I love it. Thanks.

Always fair !! – They are always fair and explain everything to a T. The work gets done fast and well and they usually cut me a break if it's something simple and dumb.
