I don't normal leave review but feel I had to for this service call, so people who need heating/air conditioning services get a quality services for their hard earned money. If we could, we would give Barnell service 0 star. Our air conditioner broke in the hottest month of Lake County (early August) and need repair. Ben came just look at our unit without any diagnosis and immediately recommend a brand new system replacement (roughly $9-10k) and charged us over $200. He is not interested in fixing unit.
