This is a true hometown family owned and operated plumbing company. They charged us for what they did, which was by time and material. The bill listed the time they arrived and the time they left and included all the materials used. They were extremely prompt and the secretary was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. The technicians were as good as they come and know every aspect of plumbing. There was none of that nonsense spending hours trying to figure something out trying to run up the bill!
