I'll preface this by saying: If you are of the boomer generation or older and think you are entitled to some 3 Michelin Star level of customer service and ego stroking leave it out the door. Great service!! Very informative and had great suggestions!! Shrimp were great size and tasted amazing!! The young guy that helped me and my daughter really knew his stuff!!
Fresh and delicious �
This morning, went to purchase fresh shrimp. Craig (Greg) was the rudest sales person (only one there)that I have ever experienced. We tried to make small talk and asked about when the shrimp were caught. He responded 7 weeks ago... waited a few seconds and the said no, “they were swimming yesterday”. Then he went on asking if we ask the grocery meat dept the same questions. He continued and said he gets dumb questions all day long. So disappointed in the service and he was a complete ass. We vacationed on HHI last week and got fresh seafood from Bill twice, just wish it would have been more. Everything was very fresh and delicious! We tried tuna, snapper, scallops, crab cakes, mahi, scallops, and shrimp. Highly recommend this place!!!! Thank you Bill �
