their prices are two to three times the price u pay anywhere else. stay away unless u like paying 21.99 a lb of stone crab clusters. they are 5.99 at Kroger. what a rip off
I recently visited Barnacle Bill's, after having searched for fresh seafood on the web & purchased enough salmon steaks for five. They were absolutely delicious! We've been vacationing on Hilton Head for a few years, but normally frequented the island's many restaurants. The wonderful smell in addition to the quaint atmosphere, entertaining conversation & quality selection of fresh seafood will assure my family's patronage in the future.
Greg had some Barrel fish yesterday. Grilled it tonight. A little garlic butter and a little lemon pepper. Really good. Told this is a rare catch so glad I tried it. Bill's is great.

There's no need to hit any tourist trap restaurants while on the Island. Pick up the freshest, locally caught seafood and prepare it simply for the best meal in Hilton Head. They'll even give you advice on how to prepare it.
Tha fish is fresh, music good and hospitality is great!

We're visiting for a week here at Hilton Head and looked up a local seafood market. We found these guys close to where we were staying. The folks working there were incredibly kind, they had great recommendations for cooking pan-seared tuna steaks, and were totally fine with us stopping by ten minutes before closing time. We'll definitely be sure to come by here next time, and recommend them to friends.
