I had a great time at the aerial yoga class! Really great environment and I'm so happy for something this unique in laporte. Also, the mini horse is adorable!
I tried the aerial yoga class for the first time, and absolutely loved it! The instructor was so helpful and patient. I will definitely be back, and I'm looking forward to trying their other classes.
I took the aerial yoga class on Saturday and I've got to say, this is the most fun that I've ever had in a class. The instructor, April Kelly, is amazing and very talented! She encouraged us, in the most positive way, to try the moves and offered modification moves if we felt they were too difficult. It made it nice for all the different levels of ability. I am very excited to try again:)!
