Really bad – Do not go here. The service is terrible and I got sick from the food. They also have lots of health violations - just call the Cook County Health Dept and request a copy of their inspection report.
Brunch to die for!!! – Been several times and loved it everytime! Buffet is amazing. Seafood to omlets, Potato bar!! Carving station w/ ham,beef and lamb (done right!). Love the o.j. and the free flowing champagne! Even making homemade donuts while you watch! The desert table is something like 40 feet long w/ a chocolate fountain. Fun just to sit and watch the kids! Family friendly for brunch. NIce romantic dinner place. A MUST TRY place!
Ambiance, Parking – The service was supurb. The menu was more than adequate. Presentation was imaginative and eye appealing. Dessert menu was sinful. We have been to the Barn of Barrington on several occasions and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Wonderful for two! – The Barn is a wonderful restaurant to take that special someone! The dining rooms are quaint and beautifully lit by candlelite at each table. The service is even more outstanding than the food, if that's possible. Try the lobster bisque... best I've ever had.
