Haven't been there in a few years but.. As far as getting the flea medicine I came for I was able to do that. However the lady at the desk had horrible customer service and a very hateful demeanor while I inquired about other products they offered to help my dog. I'm just saying they could have made a good $350 off of me if she would have told me about the flea shot which I've always gotten my dogs, and literally any kind of shampoo or vitamins or food additives to help my 11 year old dog. I'm really not sure what the bad reviews are about here... The front desk staff (Mandie is who I've spoken with on multiple occasions) and the vets (Dr. Bell) have all been super friendly and helpful. Mandie even knows my dog by name, and I haven't been going here long. My small dog Charlie just recently had surgery for a lipoma removal here and everything went really well. Really wish I could give them zero stars. I called looking to spay our cat. The receptionist could barely bring herself to grunt out the price before hanging up on me. So, our cat went to your competition! Their receptionist and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. After that, I mentioned how I was treated by Barn Hallow to several people in my area. Not only do they not like you either, they say the only thing that you all give a damn about are horses. Never going to even try to bring a pet to you guys again!
These folks take good care of our Yorkie poo. They are very caring when it comes to treatment.
