Really wish I could give them zero stars. I called looking to spay our cat. The receptionist could barely bring herself to grunt out the price before hanging up on me. So, our cat went to your competition! Their receptionist and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. After that, I mentioned how I was treated by Barn Hallow to several people in my area. Not only do they not like you either, they say the only thing that you all give a damn about are horses. Never going to even try to bring a pet to you guys again!
These folks take good care of our Yorkie poo. They are very caring when it comes to treatment.
Spoke with Barn Hollow over the phone to inform them we needed care for sick puppies on Monday. We couldn't get there before they closed, but they said we could come the following morning. They had asked of our location, and knew we had to travel 1 hour one way to get there. Whenever we arrived at the location, a woman came out. I started to pick up the puppy to carry her inside, and the woman informed we had to "go over some things first."
