WARNING!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Not helpful and talks to customers as if they were idiots
It was a pleasure speaking with the representative on the phone. He was knowledgeable and supportive in the selection of the best hardware for my barn doors. I purchased 4 sets and each of the items were perfect! This is a strong recommendation regarding the quality and professionalism of Specialty Doors and Hardware.

Ordered doors. They took my money and then ghosted me. Not even sure they're still in business. Wish I could give them zero stars. EDIT: Eventually they came through. Still, if you don't like heartburn, stay away. I called the manufacturer (Speciality DH is just a retail operation) and they said you can trust 'First Choice Accordion Doors' at accordion-door.com' (singular!) instead.
