My technician was Ralph and he was accompanied by John. These two gentlemen were so polite, helpful, and answered every question I had! They made helpful recommendations as well. I signed up for their maintenance program and I’d highly recommend them and their organization to anyone needing their assistance! I’d give more than 5 stars if Google would let me!!!

8/6/25 Jacey just finished up installing our new HVAC system. He was so efficient, informative, and professional. I appreciated the way he walked me through the system and helped me understand the features that come with our new HVAC. He wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the work site. Jacey did an amazing job. Always great service with Barlow heating and cooling. Nick and June were especially helpful. They were both very professional and helpful, answering my questions thoroughly.
