I was with Barlow Property Management (BPM) for 14 months. I rented in Leisure Village (LV) and when I moved out, I found someone to take over my lease so Dan Klein did not miss a payment. I paid the entire month of Feb. and moved out on Feb. 14th. The new tenant, by law, could not move in until March 1, 2025 but she moved in on Feb. 28 as witnessed by the neighbors.
