Do not buy a Barlow Homes property! Since Nov 2011 we have been fighting to get our SEVERE water drainage issues resolved in Arbor Woods, we moved in here Aug 2011 and have a 1 yr warranty!!!! Cracked foundation, two sub pumps run non stop, third sub pump filled but not sealed seaps water up in basement floor. Dish washer leaked and ruined kitchen floor and underneath. Shoddy electric work. Warranty is a joke! They offer band-aid resolutions (like more french drains or box drains) and do not even follow thru on those. Purcha... read more
