Do not buy a Barlow Homes – Moved in Barlow Homes new home Aug 2011 in Louisville KY. By Nov 2011 realized we were in trouble. Water issues are horrible through the entire neighborhood. Warranty dept promises and does not deliver anything other than band-aid fixes. MSD now involved. Barlow likes to flex their 'big builder' muscles but i'm in the process of filling complaints with every organization that I can, including the local news, so flex this.
Barlow Homes not a good choice – If you are building a new home, I do NOT recommend Barlow Homes. They built our new Louisville home almost 10 years ago, and we have found many instances of just plain shoddy work. They cut corners at the expense of quality. We have spent quite a bit of money fixing mistakes and just poor workmanship.
