I am a new customer to Barlow's service department. From beginning to end, I was impressed with the level of communication and excellent customer service that I received. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Went in for engine light on, two weeks later, the engine light is still on!! Who knows what they were doing for two weeks, but it wasn’t fixing this issue. Also no one called me for a whole week I had to call them to check in. And no one called me when it was “completed”. I will not be back.
