Edit - Although there issues with my original purchase and delivery, the GM, John Barlow made everything right and proved that he does care about the customer. Thank you again! My first experience with Barlow will also be my last. After sending an email to my salesperson, Ken, and to the General Manager, Mr. Barlow, I never received a response. That lack of communication speaks volumes about how little they seem to value their customers after the sale. Customer service doesn't end when the paperwork is signed. Do better.

They will screw tou over and not blink an eye. Had my car for over 5 hours for a break flush and a new car key. Called me 2 minutes before close saying we couldn’t do it today so I had to pay my apartment for a new key and a 80$ uber home. Ended up taking $50 off a $650 bill and acted like it was a charity. Rude and would never come back!
Let me start by saying I hate buying cars in general, however this time was an exceptionally easy buying process at Barlow. My son in law bought his new truck in 2024 and my daughter bought a terrain in 2025 and they highly recommended Barlow and Jeff as the sales person. So Jeff was our sales person and Walter handled finances. They listened to us, didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want and they didn’t try to over sell us the whole process was simple and hassle free we will absolutely buy our next vehicle at Barlow.
John Lasala was my sales associate and was very knowledgeable and attentive during the purchase process.
