Service department is full of it had service appt scheduled for 9:00 on 6/10/26 called to let them know I would be a few minutes late so did they need to reschedule appt unfortunately I spoke to Jeanne and she said to reschedule I did that family member issues after everything was resolved and I could make my appt time she stated I needed to be there by 9:15 which I assured her I would be it was just the tone of her voice I unfortunately decided to give them another chance after one of my service appointments they checked of... read more

Honestly, every single person in the building is wonderful! I left GMC for another make 3 years ago, but came right back. Tonight I found out that my first experience with Barlow GMC was not a fluke. They treat women, families, and children with honesty, respect, kindness, and care every single time. You will not find friendlier people to deal with or better customer service, anywhere!!
Superb experience with buying a car this weekend. Starting with Matt and his quick response, to getting a vehicle within a day to match what I was looking for.
