Always a great experience from making the appointment to the speed and service received!
Truly disappointed. Our car (2019 Buick Enclave) is shutting off at stoplight which is posing a danger to us and they are unable to fit us in for a basic diagnostic until a week and a half out? We are in the area on vacation and this was really disappointing. There should be a certain allotment for emergency situations. Im really tired of Buick dealerships giving the run around and I realize they are busy but this is an obvious safety issue.
Great staff in the service department. Always attentive to the costumers needs and time frames. The service department is quick to pick up and notify you of any issues and what those costs if any will be. I enjoy all the staff and are extremely happy I use them for my truck service and maintenance.
