We had one of our company trucks towed here for a no start condition after scheduling a service date. Approximately a week and a half later and 275.00 for a tow, the techs have not even diagnosed the truck. I was told multiple times the tech was going to diagnose the truck "tomorrow". The truck has sat in their back lot the entire time with no attempt to diagnose. The service department just continues to give the run around and deliver empty promises.
