We love the Barlow apartments! We have been living here for 10+ years. Robert, the on-site manager is a great guy! He does a great job maintaining the property (maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, etc) as well as ensuring everyone’s safety and security. He’s always very responsive when we reach out to him with any and all concerns. We really appreciate that he’s always on top of everything and that he also enforces the rules in the lease. Rob is a fabulous on-site property manager who truly cares about his tenants. Throughout my time living at Barlow, he has consistently been reliable and responsive to any maintenance needs or inquiries. First Rate Property Management (the company that owns Barlow Apartments) would be lost without him that’s for sure!
On site manager was quite rude and disrespectful.
The apartment manager, Robert, does a fantastic job taking care of the grounds, buildings and maintenance. It's close to shopping, the library and parks.
This apartment complex is always kept clean and safe. When it snows, you can count on the apartment manager Robert to be out and happily shoveling snow. Robert was always extremely responsive anytime we brought up an issue and got it handled quickly. Robert was very respectful of our privacy and great to our little boy (our boy loves Robert). Can’t say enough nice things about the apartment complex and the way Robert runs the place.
