I called in October to make an appointment to have the furnace serviced the lady said they were booked up till Dec 21, 2023 I said ok I will take that one. Then my furnace broke down so I called back now to see if they would fix it the lady said she wouldn't be able to get it today we are booked up for 2 weeks my furnace was not working at the time so I had to get someone else to fix it she didn't try to accommodate me at all so I went somewhere else to have the furnace fixed.
