The last two times we’ve gone it has been disappointing. Ordered the meatball small plate & chicken quesadillas both visits...both times the meatballs came out room temperature. The last visit they were out of Kahlua so couldn’t make chocolate martinis (guess bartender didn’t realize there are multiple ways to make one). Can NOT recommend this location.

Went there for dinner yesterday. It was extremely busy but I would have assumed an establishment such as this would be used to this and would be able to deal as such. After being sat at our table we waited for our waitress for about 10 minutes. When she arrived she didn't welcome us and barely said anything to us. She had no personality and barely said anything all night. The food was pretty good so that was the highlight but extremely poor service from our waitress.

I like going to Barley's kitchen + tap 119th. But the survice is not good. I'm not basing this on one time. I have been lots of times and it has not changed. The one in Shawnee has much better service.

Pretzels and cheese are great, but it gets super annoying when you ask your waitress for something 4 times, the server (pretty sure it was the manager?) for the fifth time..and still NEVER get it. Not a great first impression. Probably won't be back.
