For a "senior" community, it isn't very user friendly. The shut off valves under the sinks and toilet are a push pull type that any older person with arthritis with have a lot of difficulty operating. The builder went for the cheapest code approved option and the buyers have to suffer for it
The construction quality is poor but the community has great families and overall very friendly.
