Enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Barley and Board with my beautiful wife tonight. We eat whole food plant-based. The have several vegan selections and are able to modify many of their vegetarian dishes simply by leaving off the cheese or mayo to accommodate your needs. Our server, Levi, was very helpful. We enjoyed the sweet potato hummus, farro risotto, tomato bisque and portobello fries followed by macerated strawberries with basil and french press coffee. Delicious! Beautiful place, fabulous food and wonderful service...
