My hubby and I went for dinner on a Monday night. It was busy but not crowded. We were seated right away and the staff was pleasant and friendly. The food was tasty, upscale and flavorful. They were out of two of our chosen starter items because of the holiday the day before. We were quite happy with our chosen alternative. This place was suggested by a friend as we were just in town visiting and it was a fantastic and delicious experience! Would recommend to anybody and we'll definitely be back next time we come through!

We had a delightful dinner for 4. One had lamb, another salmon & others burgers with a huge MotherBoard to start. Everyone enjoyed their food, it's preparation and we had a delightful conversation in a peaceful setting.
The fresh Octopus steak was fantastic, and my gellied eel custard had the viscosity and mouthfeel of a warm spring day in Tokyo. I need to go back to try the alligator dumplings, but overall, fantastic experience.
Barley & Board is the perfect date night! Service, food, and atmosphere are always wonderful!!
