Last August my sister and I were looking at areas to live. We had just moved from Wisconsin & we're staying with relatives in Rockville. After a day of house hunting we stopped at Barley and Hops for dinner. Had a great meal. There was a band so we sat outside enjoying a cold brew, listened to great music while enjoying a gorgeous view of the mountains. We moved here and love it!

Our server was Rory and he made the dining experience unbelievably fun! I had the shrimp and grits and my wife had the ribs. Mom had a salad and dad are the big ole steak. For real Rory was out of this world as a server. Promote that guy he was friggin great. The beers were great as well. We will be back

only reason it's a 3 is for the beer. prices just got more expensive. on par with bww beer prices. food is alright. new menu sucks. the people in the bar are awesome.
