I've been working with Pejman Barlavi now for a couple years. We started working together when I left NYC at the onset of the COVID 19 outbreak. Because I was not in NYC, Pej had to do a lot of the work an owner would have to do when searching for a new tenant. Pej went above and beyond the normal duties one would think a rental agent is supposed to do.
