We just picked up our Sophie (mini Aussie) & Charlie (border collie), they look amazing! It was our first time, but it definitely won't be our last! We just found our new groomers! Everyone is so nice and did exactly what we asked for!! I'm so unbelievably impressed!! Barks n Bubbles is the best!! Thank you so much for making our pups gorgeous again!�

There are many groomers but none can compare to the level of care and service given by Barks n Bubbles and I should know because my pups have been clients for ten years. Sarah and Abby pay attention to every detail and care for them as if they are their own. My pups look forward to seeing them and I know they love them because they run to them when we open the door. I'm so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service you received. I (the owner) was not there when you discussed what you wanted with the groomer working with your pet on Saturday but I did hear her profusely apologizing for any confusion and reiterating that she did what you asked for when you called back after picking her up. Most of our Goldens do get the same puppy cut yours got if the owner asks for a full haircut. Sarah has been grooming our dog(s) for over 14 years. I would never think of going anywhere else! All of the staff is wonderful & they love what they do. They show lots of love to all of their 4-legged clients (and even the 2 legged ones too).
I have been taking my dogs here for years. I absolutely love these ladies and so do Sassy and Rex. I take them to Barks n Bubbles regardless of where I move. I have driven my dogs from Mt. Pleasant, Summerville, and now Hanahan. It is so worth the drive. They always come back looking like show dogs! Very friendly service and definitely a place you can trust to leave your fur babies! Can't wait to see the new shop!

A foster mom took one of our adoptable dogs for Eunoia Rescue here for a good grooming and they were WONDERFUL. They took extremely good care of our senior guy and even gave us a bill of $0! Love this place and their people! <3
